Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements before beginning assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with high-volume clinical settings and productivity expectations
