Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with evidence-based practices
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license — permanent state license required; compact license may be accepted initially but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Completion of any facility-required documentation outside of standard credentialing prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience as a traveling Physical Therapist
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation therapy environments
