Contract | Days | Full-Time (35 hours guaranteed per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care across multiple facilities
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Ability to work across split facility assignments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a multi-site or split-facility setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Strong adaptability and organizational skills in fast-paced clinical environments
