Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily activities
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Illinois
• Current NBCOT certification
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
