About the Position

Job Title: Pediatric Echo Sonographer Profession: Sonographer Specialty: Echocardiography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: No license required for submission Certifications: BLS, ARDMS, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Pediatric Echocardiography (RDCS-PE) Must-Have: Fetal echocardiography experience preferred Clean history and two references are priorities Description: This position involves performing pediatric echocardiograms. You will be responsible for conducting fetal and pediatric echocardiography studies. The average number of scans performed daily is around 8. The facility utilizes EPIC and ISCV for electronic medical records and picture archiving. Department-specific equipment includes Philips EPIQ7. The position does not require starting IVs. There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this role. Scrubs are not provided, and travelers may wear their existing scrub uniforms. This position requires a strong focus on quality in patient care. Candidates must have valid certifications in BLS, ARDMS, and RDCS-PE.
