About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience preferred License: Valid state license required but can be pending Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required Must-Have: Experience with charting system, preferably Epic Experience in community hospital settings preferred Experience in LTAC and trauma level I or II settings preferred Travel experience required Description: The position involves working in a CT tech role for a 13-week contract. The schedule is for day shifts, four days a week from Wednesday to Saturday. No call shifts are required for this position. The candidate should possess BLS and ARRT certification. A valid state license is necessary, although pending licenses can be submitted. Employees will have the opportunity to approve up to 40 hours of requested time off. The position operates under a modified time frame. Floating within the scope of practice may be required. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency in advanced imaging techniques and procedures. Skills in 3D rendering and various types of imaging are essential. Experience with patient age groups ranging from neonates to geriatrics is required. Knowledge of radiation safety protocols is important. Reference requirements will be enforced, and inclusion of required certifications is necessary. Candidates should be prepared to work in various clinical environments and adapt to patient needs.
