Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate and treat adult patients with diagnoses including tracheostomy and ventilator dependence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team
• Document patient progress and clinical findings using the facility's electronic health record system
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support patient recovery and discharge goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Ability to work day shift in a full-time, onsite capacity with no weekend or call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with patients on mechanical ventilators
• Acute care level clinical background
• Outgoing and collaborative personality well-suited for an interdisciplinary team environment
