The role involves working in a rehabilitation unit. Typical patient ratios are 7:1. You will be responsible for patient evaluations. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), transfers, and patient education. You will also focus on gait training, therapeutic exercises, and functional training. The work environment includes typical inpatient rehab gym equipment. The documentation system used is Meditech (Expanse). A weekend rotation may be required. Dress code for the position is light gray scrubs. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Independent functioning within the role is essential.
