Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Track patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the clinical team

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to a patient-focused approach and promoting functional recovery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance, mobility, or general rehabilitation cases
