Location: Fairbanks, AK
Agency: Shore to Summit Travel Therapy LLC
Pay: $3,200 to $3,300 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 26 Weeks

Requirements

• Active/eligible PT license in Alaska
• Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred
