Pay: $2,700 to $2,800 per week

About the Position

UCSF Health Benioff Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in its Pediatric Neurosurgery Outpatient Clinic. This role focuses on providing comprehensive psychosocial support, care coordination, and case management services to pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provide case management and coordinate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during care conferences.
• Support pediatric patients and families with psychosocial needs.
• Assess and intervene in cases involving suicide risk, self-harm, substance use, and behavioral health concerns.
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with NASW Code of Ethics and professional standards.
• Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR.
• Float to other UCSF facilities as needed.

Requirements

Requirements

• Active LCSW license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent LCSW experience.
• Recent Pediatric experience required.
• Recent Outpatient Clinic experience required.
• Recent Case Management experience required.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Teaching Hospital experience required.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) or approved medical/religious exemption.
