Key Responsibilities

• Perform second verification for hazardous medications
• Process and verify TPN medications
• Verify product preparation for both non-hazardous and hazardous compounds
• Compound non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked in MedKeeper, including daily cleans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and skills
• Experience with hazardous medication handling and compounding
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in a hospital pharmacy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Background in high-acuity or academic medical center environments
• Exposure to advanced cardiac, oncology, or transplant pharmacy services
