Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within a high-acuity, quaternary academic medical hospital setting
• Support advanced cardiac care, comprehensive oncology services, and multi-organ transplantation programs
• Manage medication therapy for a complex patient population within a large inpatient census environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including rotating medical learners and clinical staff
• Ensure safe and effective medication use in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills with experience in high-acuity or complex patient care environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Background in specialty areas such as cardiac care, oncology, or transplant pharmacy
• Familiarity working within an academic or teaching hospital environment
