Requirements

• Current California Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Active BLS certification.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
