Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ladysmith, WI. This role focuses on providing high-quality care in both acute inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Provide therapy for orthopedic, neuro, and other conditions, treating an average of 10-12 patients daily
• Cover acute inpatient, Swingbed, and outpatient care areas
• Manage scheduling and patient documentation using the Cerner system
• Maintain effective care coordination with multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Valid WI Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience post-qualification, with a preference for 3 years
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred
