Requirements

• Active California Pharmacist License.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• BLS Certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with hospital pharmacy information systems and automated dispensing machines.
