Requirements

• Active California State Pharmacist License.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
