Candidates should be proficient in assisting with therapy techniques and patient care. Knowledge of equipment such as crutches, gait belts, and various prosthetics is essential. Experience with post-operative rehabilitation and spinal conditions is required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a healthcare team are important.
