About the Position

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technician Profession: Nuclear Medicine Technician Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute clinical radiology experience License: Current State Nuclear Medicine License Certifications: ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Current BCLS, CT/Fusions Certification Must-Have: - Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology - Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT - Proficient computer skills Description: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. They are responsible for providing quality imaging. The role supports the Radiologist by assisting in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The technologist is responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS. BLS and DCI/BVP are required.
