About the Position

Job Title: CT/XR Technologist Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: Radiologic Technologist, CT Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday) Hours per Shift: 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Radiologic Technologist License: Registered with the State Bureau of Radiologic Health in the State of Iowa Certifications: Certified in CT by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Must-Have: American Heart Association BLS certification. Description: The position is responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce quality diagnostic images. Performs routine and emergency diagnostic procedures including surgery, general radiography, portable radiography, and computed tomography. Follows established standards and guidelines for all procedures. Performs related clerical and patient care duties as required. Excellent customer service skills are necessary for this role.
