About the Position

Job Title: Vascular Sonographer Profession: Allied Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated vascular ultrasound experience License: No state licensure required Certifications: BLS; ARDMS RVT Registered Vascular Technologist or CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) Must-Have: Experience with EPIC Registered Vascular Technologist or CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) Skills in carotid, upper/lower arterial and venous assessments, DVT/reflux, vein mapping, renal, mesenteric, AAA, endograft, aorta, upper/lower PVR/segmental pressures, hemodialysis grafts, and arterial bypass grafts Description: Vascular Sonographer positions available in outpatient and inpatient vascular clinics for all ages. Expect to perform ultrasound studies daily on various patient types and common diagnoses, including PVD, CAD, HF, CVA, venous insufficiency, and renal/celiac/SMA stenosis. This role requires hands-on experience with dedicated vascular ultrasound. Equipment utilized includes Philips Epic Elite and PVR/segmental pressures machines. Successful candidates will thrive in a traveler-friendly and teamwork-oriented department culture. Strong preference for candidates with experience in EPIC electronic medical records and VascuPro reporting systems.
