About the Position

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Speech and Language Pathologists Specialty: Long Term Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, M-F (times flexible as long as consistent and communicated) Experience: 1 year of experience in Speech Language Pathology License: Missouri State License Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Experience in a leadership role within a rehab setting Description: This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some responsibilities. Attend morning meetings and facility meetings. Manage the schedule for the rehab team. Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team. Oversee and ensure compliance with required processes. Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
