Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions to patients
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
