Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Connecticut or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary team members
