Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a skilled therapy setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Supervise PTA staff when required

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the relevant state
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
