Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a skilled therapy setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients ability to perform daily living and functional tasks.

This role requires strong clinical expertise, creativity in rehabilitation planning, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient independence and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Support patients with ADLs (activities of daily living) and adaptive strategies
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the relevant state
Master s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
