Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a skilled therapy setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when appropriate

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the relevant state
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification
