Job Title

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Rehab

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising PT's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status updates and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and work within a supervising PT relationship
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy services
