Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support physical therapy services in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.

This role requires strong clinical support skills, attention to patient progress, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary therapy team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor and document patient progress
Report changes and patient responses to the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and rehabilitation activities
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
Follow all clinical and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the relevant state
Completion of an accredited PTA program
