Physical Therapist
Location: Navasota, TX
Agency: United Health Care Staffing
Pay: $1,800 to $2,000 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in an Rehab setting
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred
• Previous SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
