Location: Greensboro, Alabama
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,000–$2,100 (Based on 40 Hours)

We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a healthcare facility in Greensboro, Alabama for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall functional independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by facility)

• SNF experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
