Location: Rich Square, North Carolina
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,100–$2,200

We are actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rich Square, North Carolina for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities to enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

  • Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to improve communication and swallowing function

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY candidates may be considered where applicable)

  • SNF experience preferred but not required

  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
