Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitative care within a clinical therapy setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions that improve functional independence and overall quality of life.

The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help patients regain or enhance the skills needed for daily living and meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to determine occupational therapy needs and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Modify treatment plans based on patient response and goals
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio
State-issued identification required
