Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of North Dakota
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
