About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 hours per week | Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM / 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across day and night shift rotations
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
• Administer prescribed respiratory care treatments and therapies
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist certification (CRT or RRT)
• Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Massachusetts
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and advanced airway management
