Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rehab

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support patient progress
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA required)
• Current state SLP license in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration in a post-acute environment
