Contract, Days, Full-Time (35-hour weekly guarantee)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and adjust techniques as appropriate based on patient response
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and relevant clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
• Float between assigned care locations as needed to meet patient care demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a day shift schedule and float between multiple care locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health record systems
