Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Implement established treatment plans and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
• Adhere to facility policies, dress code, and compliance standards as outlined during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient setting
• Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week contract commitment
• Must obtain a permanent Washington state PTA license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure is required promptly
• Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
