Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements as outlined by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Indiana (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
• Must be available to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
