About the Position

Job Title: Laboratory Technician Profession: Laboratory Specialty: Hematology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Experience using Sysmex and CellaVision systems. Previous work experience in a large hospital laboratory (600+ beds) is preferred. Ability to handle a busy workload and pace. Familiarity with managing complex samples including turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cell findings. License: Valid professional license as required for the position. Certifications: Relevant certifications in laboratory technology preferred. Must-Have: Competency in performing accurate differentials is critical. Experience with neonatal units is a plus. Ability to transition quickly into responsibilities with minimal training. Description: We are seeking a qualified candidate for a laboratory technician position. The ideal candidate will have experience using Sysmex and CellaVision systems. A background in a large hospital laboratory is essential due to high demand. Performing differentials accurately is a fundamental part of daily operations. Handling a variety of complex samples is a regular requirement.
