About the Position

Candidates with a minimum of six months of experience in behavioral health will be considered. Strong crisis-management and de-escalation skills are essential. The ability to maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport is crucial. Excellent communication and observation skills are required. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. Physical ability to support patient care, including potential restraint use per policy, is necessary. A commitment to trauma-informed care and patient-centered practices is expected.
