We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel contract assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while helping patients achieve their highest level of independence.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, and coordination

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and home programs

• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or long-term care experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay Rate: $58.80 $68.60 per hour
