Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment in a rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced rehab environment and is committed to high-quality patient outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and recovery plans
Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently in a clinical environment
