Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment in a rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

This role is suited for a clinician who is comfortable in a structured rehab environment and committed to delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility therapy
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals and home programs
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, outpatient, or acute care preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively

Compensation
