About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: ARRT(R)(CT) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Must be able to start IVs. Utilize GE and Siemens scanners. Description: The position involves performing all generalized CT procedures. Skills in Stroke CT and Vascular CT are required. Gated studies for Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric patients will be performed. Technologists will work in a unit staffed with fellow professionals. The type of equipment utilized includes a GE 64 slice CT scanner and Siemens Dual Source technology. The documentation system used is Meditech, along with Fuji Synapse PACS. Work schedules may include M-Th 21:00 - 07:30 and M-Fri 15:00 - 23:30 shifts. Floating to other departments is not part of the job requirements. Candidates should possess the ability to function independently in a clinical setting. The unit adheres to specific guidelines and policies that are essential for patient care and safety.
