Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. The facility is a 190-bed acute care facility providing community healthcare services. It offers services such as 24-hour emergency care, a sleep center, and a women's imaging center. The facility maintains a high level of involvement in health education by performing health fairs and no-cost screenings for common medical conditions. The facility has received several nationally recognized accreditations and awards, demonstrating a commitment to quality patient care. It has been recognized as a Primary Stroke Center and has received the Esteemed State Award. The facility has also been awarded an A for patient safety by a hospital safety guide.
