Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Conduct evaluation and treatments for acute care patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Ensure detailed documentation using EMR - Meditech
• Adapt to different treatment environments including rehab and acute care

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• BLS Certification
• Experience in acute care
• Inpatient rehab acute care/SNF knowledge
