Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment notes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate patient status updates and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Compliance with all applicable state and facility requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) documentation software
