KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide physical therapy treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement patient treatment plans as directed and delegated by the supervising PT
Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training per the plan of care
Document patient progress, daily treatment notes, and responses to therapy accurately in the EMR
Communicate patient status changes and clinical findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and infection control protocols
