About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a healthcare setting License: NY State license required Certifications: ARRT certification in Radiography Must-Have: - Siemens CT experience - Proficiency in performing CT imaging procedures - Strong interpersonal skills - Attention to detail Description: Conduct high-quality CT scans utilizing advanced imaging protocols and techniques. Maintain and operate CT equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Accurately analyze and interpret CT images, identifying any abnormalities or anomalies that may require further evaluation or intervention. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments. Document all relevant patient information, imaging protocols, and procedural details accurately and comprehensively. Prepare detailed reports of CT findings for review by physicians and inclusion in patient medical records. Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development in the field of CT.
